Hector is a gray (I beg your pardon ...... grey!) squirrel over in jolly old England who emailed me late last year. (Once in a while, my pet human, Gregg Bassett, finds it in his heart to allow me a little time on the computer.) He told me a lot about himself, his family and his pet human, Keith Bewley. We started corresponding and have become pretty good friends.
As Hector and I talked more and more, we came up with the idea that Hector should start a column in "In A Nutshell." But now it was a matter of selling our pet humans on the idea. So, Hector talked to Keith and I talked to Gregg and, to tell you the truth, it was easier to get them to agree to our idea than we thought it would be. As a result, Hector has now had his own column in "In A Nutshell" for 3 years now.
